Gather a group of friends and show a video on violence against women. Invite someone with knowledge on the subject to facilitate a discussion following the showing. Invite a guest speaker to a bag lunch at your organization. Collect resources and information from the Rape Risk Reduction Education and Training Office to distribute in your organization. Ask leaders in your organization to develop guidelines for a violence-free environment. Be sure to talk about jokes, language, verbal and sexual put-downs and the role these behaviors play in abuse. Write articles about violence prevention for the school
