Transcript Answers

1. Are transcripts free?

• Yes. There is no charge for transcripts. You may request transcripts to be sent to another college or university by completing the Online Transcript Request form.
• Transcripts being requested for personal use or to be sent to a third party other than a college or university must be requested in writing to include your signature authorizing the release of your confidential academic record.
• You may FAX your written request, including signature to the Registrar’s Office at 850.484.1829.
  
  

2. How do I request a transcript from PJC to be sent to another school?

• You may request transcripts to be sent to another college or university by completing the Online Transcript Request form.
