PIN Information

Online access to student information, via Spyglass or FACTS, requires a personal identification number (PIN).  It is the responsibility of the student to keep the PIN a private item to protect personal information.

Within Spyglass, the four-digit default PIN has been established for all students as the student's birth month (two digits) and the last two digits of the student's birth year (April 8, 1986 = 0486).

  • You will be prompted to change your default PIN after the first login.
  • You will not be able to register until the default PIN has been changed to a PIN you have chosen.
  • Your PIN will remain active for registration for the next four semesters (consecutive).

...Important
If you have forgotten your PIN, you must meet with a counselor or academic advisor and will be required to present a photo ID before being issued a new PIN.
