Adult High School Students

Getting Started as a New Adult High School Student

  1. Check the Admissions Requirements
  2. Obtain a New Student Packet (PDF) online or from the Secondary Education office.
    Fill it out and sign it
  3. Return the New Student Packet forms to Secondary Education and schedule an orientation time.
  4. Send all transcripts to PJC.
  5. Meet the testing requirements.
    1. All new students who have not passed the HSCT or FCAT must submit TABE test scores which are less than 6 months old.
    2. Students must score at ninth grade or above to enter the regular high school program.
  6. Attend Orientation for advisement and registration of classes.
  7. Acquire Course Schedule printout from the Registration office.
  8. Buy your books.
  9. Get your Student ID.
  10. Get a parking decal.
  11. Go to class.
