Graduation Information

Application for Graduation

Students anticipating graduation are encouraged to apply for graduation one term in advance. However, graduation applications will be accepted at anytime. Pensacola Junior College establishes a Graduation Application Deadline to ensure the inclusion of the graduate’s name in the commencement program.

The Graduation Application Deadline for the Spring term 2008 is March 15, 2008.

Students may review their graduation progress with a counselor/academic advisor or online using Spyglass or www.FACTS.org.

Pensacola Junior College holds a commencement ceremony at the end of the Fall Term and at the end of the Spring Term. A Summer Term commencement ceremony is not held, and students graduating at the end of a Summer Term are encouraged to participate in either the Spring Term or Fall Term commencement ceremony.

Students may review their graduation progress using the Degree Audit component of SPYGLASS. Specific questions about graduation requirements or eligibility should be directed to an academic advisor or the director of the specific program from which graduation is anticipated.

You may apply for graduation through SPYGLASS by logging in to your on-line record and clicking on the GRADUATION APPLICATION menu button.

Before you submit your GRADUATION APPLICATION through SPYGLASS, please be aware of the following graduation information:

  • All admissions conditions and financial obligations to the College must be resolved prior to graduation.
  • The Registrar’s Office will review your permanent record and notify you of your graduation eligibility.
  • The Director of Student Life will mail information to you regarding graduation regalia (cap and gown) and other commencement ceremony information.
  • Diplomas will be mailed from the Registrar’s Office approximately three weeks AFTER the graduation ceremony.
  • Diplomas will not be mailed to students who have unresolved admissions and/or financial obligations to the College.
Click the SPYGLASS logo, sign in to your online record, and click the GRADUATION APPLICATION menu button.
