September 24, 2007 Community College Presidents Meet at Center
Dr. Thomas Delaino, PJC president, hosted the presidents from Alabama and Florida community colleges in the area to discuss collaborating in areas of mutual interest. After touring the Mary Smart Simulation Center, they decided that the first effort will be to explore using high fidelity simulation to strengthen nursing education in the region. The presidents agreed that the Mary Smart Simulation Center will take the lead in the project.
