October 4, 2007 PJC Foundation Healthcare Tour
Approximately fifty friends of the college and foundation supporters toured the Mary Smart Simulation Center to experience this unique community resource. The participants were able to watch Noelle deliver in the fully equipped LDRP. They participated in scenarios using Sim Man, Sim Baby, and HPS. Participants practiced listening to heart and lung sounds using Harvey, the cardiopulmonary simulator. All expressed support for the Center and want to bring their friends to share their experience.
