May 7 – 9, 2007 Harvard Simulation Course
The Mary Smart Simulation Center is one of only a very few community college simulation centers to host the Simulation as a Teaching Tool: Instructor Course offered by the Center for Medical Simulation. The intense, three day workshop taught eighteen health professionals how to develop and deliver scenarios. The course focused on their advocacy – inquiry model of “debriefing with good judgement.” This model has been adopted for debriefing scenarios at our center.
