STAR Registration Process

STAR Students Steps to Register

1. Complete the financial aid process online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.  If you provide an e-mail address when you apply for aid, you will receive your SAR report by email in three to five business days after FAFSA has been processed.
2. Complete the PJC Application for Admissions including the $30 application fee.  Fees can be paid at PJC Bursar's Office. Proof of Residency must be established.
3. Request all transcripts from high school or GED scores.  An official seal is required.
4. Register for CPT placement testing (PJC requirement) or present ACT or SAT placement scores less than two years old.
5. Attend a STAR Orientation session.
6. Register for classes with STAR advisors following orientation.
7. Contact PJC Financial Aid/Veteran Affairs office to verify eligibility for federal and state assistance.
8. Pay fees by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa or American Express in the Bursar's office.
9. Obtain your Student ID.
10. Parking decals are free of charge and required for every vehicle on campus.  Contact the PJC Police Department in Bldg. 5 on the Pensacola campus at 484.2500.
