Four Ways to Register for Continuing Education Courses:


1. Register Online Using Spyglass:  New Student / Returning Student
2. Register in Person
3. Register Using Mail
4. Register Using Night Depository

1. Register Online Using Spyglass

New Student - Step 1:  Creating a Spyglass Account

  1. Go to www.pjc.edu/ then click on the Spyglass button.

  2. Click on the blue bar button that states "Continuing Education, Rec. and Leisure, CWE courses"

  3. Click on the "I am ready to continue" button on the left-hand side.

  4. Enter the student's social security number.

  5. Select a PIN and click "Continue".

  6. Enter the student's name (First, Last, Middle initial), contact information, etc.  (Be sure to use the STUDENT'S information.) and then click "Continue".

  7. "For Continuing Education classes only, there are no fees required".  Click “Continue”.

  8. Verify information.  Make corrections using the menu options if corrections are needed; then click on, "The Information is Correct, I am taking Continuing Education classes only, there are no fees required."

  9. Click “Continue”.

  10. Print the page with the Student ID before you click that you are finished with the application.

  11. Click “Finished”.

  12. Congratulations!  You now have a Spyglass account and can register for your classes.

  13. Please proceed to Step 2: Register Online Using Spyglass (New Student/Returning Student).

Returning Student - Step 1:  Logging into Spyglass Account

  1. Go to www.pjc.edu/ then click on the Spyglass button.

  2. Enter the Student ID. (Social security number will substitute for the Student ID.)

  3. Enter the PIN number.
    • Returning students may be prompted to update the PIN.
    • The default PIN for students who are signing into Spyglass for the first time consists of the 2 digits for birth month and 2 digits for birth year. (MMYY)

  4. Click “Sign on”.

  5. On the next page click on "Register."

  6. You are now logged into Spyglass

  7. Please proceed to Step 2: Register Online Using Spyglass (New Student/Returning Student).

Step 2:  Register Online Using Spyglass ( New Student/Returning Student)

    1. If not already logged into Spyglass, please do so now using your Student ID and PIN.
      • Returning students may be prompted to update the PIN.
      • The default PIN for students who are signing into Spyglass for the first time consists of the 2 digits for birth month and 2 digits for birth year. (MMYY)

    2. Choose "Register" from the menu.

    3. Update security information by typing in a question and answer and mother's maiden name if prompted.

    4. Click on "Update" to enter the information.

    5. Choose "Register".

    6. Select the term from the drop menu:
      • For the Continuing Education Fall term choose, "August to December (Fall A, B, C, D)".
        Click  "Continue".
      • For the Continuing Education Spring term choose, "Jan to May (Spring A, B, C, D)".
        Click  "Continue".
      • For the Continuing Education Summer term choose, "May to Aug (Summer A, B, C, D)". 
        Click "Continue".

    7. If you know the section number, type the 4-digit number in the top window on the Schedule Builder and click "Add Now".  (The Course number will be added to the Current Trial Schedule on the right side at the top of screen.)

    8. If you do not know the section number you may click the toggle button "Course".

    9. All Continuing Education courses begin with R0______.
      • Select the name of the course you want to add and click “Find Sections”.  The sections available will be listed in the box below.  Note the dates of the section number you are choosing.
      • Click on the section number and then click on “Add course to my trial schedule”.  If a section does not show up it is either full or not offered this term.

    10. Once you’ve added all the sections you require to your "Current Trial Schedule" click on "Confirm".

    11. The message that you have successfully registered will then appear along with the cost of the class/classes that were posted on the trial schedule.

    12. Select from the menu on the left screen "Pay Fees," if you want to pay online.

2. Register in Person

  • You may register in person at any of the following locations:
    • Registration Center, Pensacola Campus;
    • Student Services Office; Warrington Campus;
    • Student Services Office, Milton Campus.
  • Contact the registration site of your choice for additional registration information.
  • Complete the registration form at the registration area or bring a completed form with you.
  • After you register on one of the campuses and pay your fees, you will receive your schedule. 
  • In-person registration is available throughout the semester.
  • Continuing Education Registration Form - please download, print, complete and bring with your to any PJC campus or site.

3. Register Using Mail

  • To register by mail, complete all sections of the Continuing Education Registration Form.
  • Mail the completed form with your payment (do not send cash) to:
    PJC Bursar's Office
    1000 College Boulevard
    Pensacola, Florida 32504-8998.
  • Your schedule will be mailed to you.

4. Register Using Night Depository

  • The night depository can be used on the Pensacola campus any time and on the
    Milton and Warrington campuses until 9 p.m. Monday - Thursday.
  • Complete a Continuing Education Registration Form
  • Place it in the night depository with payment (no cash).
  • Payment must be by check, money order, American Express, VISA or MasterCard.
  • Your schedule will be mailed to you.
