Course authorizes the enrollee to use the Milton campus L.I.F.E. Center indoor track and basketball gymnasium during the term(s) enrolled. The indoor track and the basketball gymnasium are available for use during scheduled open hours. For safety reason, children under five years of age are not permitted to enroll in this course or permitted to use these areas. Children ages five through twelve may enroll, but must have an adult with them at all times, who also is registered for this course. Young people 13 years of age or older may participate without supervision.

 Life Fitness Assessment for the Community

Course involves instruction to individuals over the age of 11, in the use of both nautilus and free weights and cardiovascular training equipment and involved performing a number of fitness assessments. Those under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and may be limited in the usage of some fitness equipment. Upon successful completion and for continued use of the facilities, students must register for the Recreation Fitness Lab course each additional term.
