The PJC Faculty Association is an association of college faculty members and is the exclusive bargaining agent for the faculty unit specified by the Florida Public Employees Relations Commission.Both the PJCFA and the college Board of Trustees are committed to providing an exemplary  educational program forthe citizens of Northwest Florida. They recognize the ability to achieve that goal through a relationship of mutual trust, confidence, and open discussion. The Association and Board both agree that cooperation is the best means for exploring opportunities and resolving problems in an educational institution.The PJCFA is a member of the United Faculty of Florida, the higher education arm of the Florida Education Association. UFF is an advocacy organization for state university and community college employees, and serves as an organization enabling university and college employees to engage in collective bargaining and political action.
